Thanks for your interest in The Captain's Garden House Bed & Breakfast! Please make sure that you're familiar with our reservation, deposit and cancellation policies. We've included them here...

• A two-night minimum stay is required on weekends year-round.
• Rates are based on double occupancy.
• For each additional person, add $75.
• Rates do not include the 7% Maine room tax.
• We honor MasterCard, Visa and Discover credit cards.
• You are required to send a check or guarantee on your credit card the full amount for a one or two night reservation. For stays longer than two nights, we require a deposit of one-half the reservation total.
• A refund of your deposit minus a $15.00 service charge will be made if a cancellation notice is received by us at least fifteen days prior to your reservation date. If a last-minute cancellation is necessary, and we can rent the room, the same refund policy applies.
• No refunds for rooms not re-rented.
